Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains the data we collect and how we protect it in line with Indonesia’s PDP Law.

Data we collect
Account information (name, email), booking data, reviews, and anything you post. For a delivery we store the drop-off address and location together with the recipient's phone number. Business partners and couriers submit verification documents, described in the next section. We do not sell your personal data.
Partner verification documents (KTP, driving licence, police clearance)
If you register as a business partner or a courier we ask for your ID number (NIK). Guides, transport partners and couriers are also asked for a police clearance (SKCK) number, and couriers must provide a driving licence (SIM) number. The reason is simple: travellers hand money and their safety to the people they meet through AYODAH, and we have to know who those people are.
These numbers are stored encrypted, are visible only to AYODAH administrators while reviewing an application, and are never shown to other users. Anywhere they appear in the interface, a NIK is masked to its last four digits. We do not sell, rent or share them with third parties, except where the law requires it.
We keep them for as long as the partner account is active. If you close your account the verification documents are deleted, unless we are required to retain them for a legal obligation or an ongoing dispute.
Location
Location is only read when you ask for it: setting a delivery drop-off, going online as a courier, or opening the SOS screen. A courier who is offline is not tracked, and the position is not kept once online mode is turned off.
Security & safety
Sensitive data is encrypted. Safety features such as location sharing are opt-in and can be turned off at any time.
Your rights
You may request an export or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
